What day of the week do your lets begin and end on?

Weekly lets normally run from Saturday to Saturday.

Do you provide bed linen and fresh towels, or a cleaning service?

Yes. All rates include bed linen and towels. We also provide a weekly cleaning service. This is included with in the cost of the rental.

Do all apartments have private parking?

Yes – if you have company vehicles or large 4×4 style cars our parking is particularly suitable (with no underground ramps to negotiate or tight corners).

Do you require a deposit in advance? What are your terms and conditions of letting?

A deposit of 30% is normally required upon confirmation of your booking, with the remaining balance payable 4-6 weeks before the date of arrival.

What standard of accommodation should I expect?

These apartments in Chester are of a very high standard. You can be further reassured by our genuine reviews from previous guests.

Do all apartments have laundry/clothes washing and drying facilities?

Yes. There is a washing machine and a tumble dryer in each accommodation for tenants own use. Two sets of bedding and towels are provided.

When should I arrive/depart? What are the normal checking in and checking out times?

Please arrive after 3PM on the day of arrival and leave by 10AM on the day of departure. However, we will do our best to accommodate you earlier if required.
